How the job runs
1. Inspect
A look at the walls and what is under the old siding, before anything is ordered.
2. Measure
Every wall is measured, so the quote matches the house.
3. Quote
We inspect and give one written price.
4. Tear-off
The old siding comes off and any rot is dealt with.
5. Wrap
A weather barrier goes on before the new siding.
6. Install
The siding goes up wall by wall.
7. Trim
Trim and corners finish the edges and the openings.
8. Cleanup
The site is cleaned up when the work is done.

Hardie® siding and trim products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we register for you. The manufacturer's warranty is separate from our workmanship warranty.
How is siding priced?
Priced by wall area, material and trim, after a free look. Plus GST.
Can the siding be done with the roof?
On its own, or with the roof in one job.
